((hugs)) I'm not a big fan of vampire stories either, but this one was just aching to be written.

I actually have a longer story, told from the point of view of the guy who bit her, and I have thought of making it a novel - but it fits the length that it is.

The one thing I haven't thought about is making it a sims story - and that's something that would be interesting! I'll have to give it some consideration.Kirihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04838179020642706088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7559840250139110303.post-73360246154851093742010-11-30T15:28:46.033+11:002010-11-30T15:28:46.033+11:00I am blown away. The detail (the coffee, the ice cream); the tragedy with her brother; the way you end it not with a death wish per se, but with a wish to see the sun, to become human again, to hit that damned reset button. Fabulous, fabulous work!S.B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15236399168777815648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7559840250139110303.post-72418544976047319472010-11-30T15:25:27.324+11:002010-11-30T15:25:27.324+11:00Extremely good. You should do something with this!!

I love the detail, the ice cream and coffee, the tragedy with her brother (something that seems almost inevitable given the time involved and the place - some close relative or friend would eventually be harmed). And the ending, focusing not on death per se but on the sight of the sun - fabulous!S.B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15236399168777815648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7559840250139110303.post-28505854012481851022010-10-21T09:38:27.867+11:002010-10-21T09:38:27.867+11:00Thanks for commenting!
